Celebrity Cruises Online Check-In: Now - January 12, 2026
Every guest must complete Celebrity Cruises’ Online Check-In before boarding. We strongly encourage you to complete this process before you leave home to reduce your time in line at the terminal.
Once you complete Online Check-In, you will receive your Xpress Pass. Please print it and bring it with you to the terminal along with your Passport.

Celebrity Cruises' Mobile App Check-In: Now - January 15, 2026
You may also check in using the Celebrity Cruises Mobile App. Download the app from the App Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android), log in with your Celebrity Cruises account, select David Foster: The Hitman Cruise, and follow the Check-In steps. Once completed, your Xpress Pass will also be available digitally in your account on the Mobile App.
When you check in (online or via the app), you will be asked to select a Terminal Arrival Time. Please select the time that best matches your travel plans and arrive at the terminal at that time—not earlier or later.
Print Your Personalized Luggage Tags
To expedite and secure your luggage transfer from the terminal to your stateroom, please print your Celebrity Cruises luggage tags as part of the Online Check-In process.
Luggage tags:
- Are available online to print until January 12, 2026
- Must be printed from a desktop or laptop (not from the mobile app)
- Should be attached securely to each checked bag.
We also recommend using reusable clear luggage tag holders (available via Amazon and other retailers) to protect your tags during transit.
Travel Insurance Reminder
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment and to cover medical or travel emergencies during your trip. You can purchase Travel Insurance up to 72 hours prior to the cruise. However, if you or your travel mate(s) have pre-existing conditions, you must purchase Travel Insurance within 14 days of placing your deposit for your cruise.or details, including coverage and how to purchase, visit:

When should I arrive at the Cruise Terminal?
When completing Online Check-In, you will be asked to select a Terminal Arrival Time between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. To ensure a smooth flow of guests into the terminal, please arrive at the time you select.
What is the best way to travel to the Cruise Terminal?
If possible, it is easier and faster to be dropped off at the terminal by a friend, taxi, rideshare, or other transportation. If you plan to park at the port, we recommend dropping off your bags at the designated pier area first, then parking your car.
If I am a Florida resident using the Coach & Sail program, what should I do?
If you have reserved a spot on the Coach & Sail buses, the motor coach will take you directly to the terminal. Your luggage will be loaded by our team and you will be assisted by porters at the pier. You received an email with detailed information regarding your transportation on December 17, and a reminder email with your pickup and drop-off details will be sent to you early next week.
What do I do when I arrive at the Cruise Terminal?
Upon arrival, you will hand your checked luggage to a cruise porter outside the terminal. Be sure your printed Celebrity Cruises luggage tags are attached and show your stateroom number clearly. You will then proceed into the terminal, where staff will ask to see your Passport and Xpress Pass, followed by security screening and the final steps of check-in.
When do I receive my Cruise Identification Card?
Your Cruise Identification Card (BLUE for 1st Show / RED for 2nd Show) will be in an envelope in the “slot” on your stateroom door. This card also serves as your room key and onboard charge card. Please verify that the color of your card matches your reserved show time upon arrival.
When will I board the ship?
Boarding is expected to begin around 11:30 AM.
What happens after I board the ship?
Upon boarding the ship, you will be presented with your Souvenir Program outlining the Performers onboard, our ports of call and some of the special shows that are planned. We encourage you to enjoy lunch in the Oceanview Café (Deck 10), study your Souvenir Program, meet some of your fellow passengers, enjoy some refreshments, complete your Muster Drill requirements and explore the ship. This is a wonderful time to review the ship's special offerings for the week. See below for where some key items may be reviewed and purchased:
- Internet Packages – Photo Gallery (Deck 4, Forward) or connect to the Ship's Wi-Fi and purchase directly on your device.
- Spa Purchases - Spa (Deck 10, Forward).
- Shore Excursions - Shore Excursions Desk (Deck 3, Midship).
- Beverage Packages - Grand Foyer (Deck 3), Oceanview Café (Deck 10) or any open bar.
- Specialty Dining Reservations - Grand Foyer (Deck 3) or Oceanview Café (Deck 10).
When will my stateroom be ready?
You will have immediate access to your stateroom upon embarkation. Your stateroom attendant may still be completing the finishing touches, but you will be able to access it immediately and drop off any hand luggage.
When will I receive my luggage?
Best efforts will be made to deliver your luggage as quickly as possible, before 6PM. The flow of luggage will depend on several factors, including customs, timing of other deliveries, etc.

More Than Music Onboard Events
David Foster: The Hitman Cruise ’26 presents many hours of music and music-related events. An event that is entirely a music performance is designated as “In Concert” in the Performance Schedule.
But The Hitman Cruise does not stop with the “In Concert” events. There are non-music performance events that are called “Learn” and “Enjoy.” “Learn” events are usually interviews featuring our musicians talking with each other or a masterclass of some type. “Enjoy” events are simply opportunities to have fun and enjoy being at sea with friends.
Some "Learn" Events
- Musician Interviews: Enjoy intimate “Spotlight” conversations where artists share the stories behind their songs, collaborations, and careers — featuring David Foster, Michael McDonald, Pia Toscano, Peter Cincotti, Sheléa, and more.
- Masterclasses: JR Robinson (drums) and Eric Marienthal (saxophone) will offer complimentary masterclasses open to all guests. You don’t need to be a musician to enjoy them, but players will find them especially valuable.
- SCE Programs Discussion: Join Michael Lazaroff for an open forum covering future Signature Cruise Experiences programs and topics for The Weekender and Jazz Notes.
Some "Enjoy" Events
- Rendezvous at Nite – The Late-Night Hang: The Rendezvous Lounge (Deck 4, Midship) becomes the late-night hub starting around 10:30 PM, featuring music sets, karaoke, silent disco, and more. Cruise Emcee Mario Vines hosts the fun, including a designated gathering spot for solo travelers.
- Mario’s Dancing & Cocktails: Between the 1st and 2nd Main Shows, Mario and his team will teach easy, fun dance moves each night in the Rendezvous Lounge—no experience needed.
- Pickleball: The basketball court on Deck 12 will convert daily into a pickleball court, with paddles and balls provided for all who want to play.
Now that the Performance Schedule is available, we urge you to add any sessions that catch your eye to your personal schedule.

As a guest of the inaugural sailing of David Foster: The Hitman Cruise,
you have the exclusive right to reserve your current stateroom for David Foster: The Hitman Cruise '27 with special ’26 Guest Cruise Prices and a choice of payment plans. Here is the simple, three-step process:
Hold My Stateroom
- What to do: Fill out the HOLD MY STATEROOM form online now or while you are on the ship.
- Cost: Free. There is no deposit or obligation.
- Changing Staterooms: If you want to request a different stateroom for the ’27 Sailing, simply indicate that on the form.
Await the ’27 Announcement
- Shortly after the ’26 sailing, you will receive an email with the ’27 Lineup and Cruise Prices (’27 Announcement)
Complete Your Reservation
- After the ‘27 Announcement, you will have a designated period to complete your reservation.
- Completing your reservation includes payment of deposit and selection of payment plan (online or by phone).
Summary
It's just that simple. You may hold your current stateroom or request another stateroom with no deposit and no obligation. Once the lineup is announced you will be notified as to the Cruise Price for you and only then do you have to commit.

A web version of the Daily Performance Schedule for David Foster: The Hitman Cruise is available now. To access it, visit davidfosterthehitmancruise26.sched.com or click on the button below. We encourage you to view the schedule now so you can start to plan your trip.
Changes to the schedule will be made from time to time, so it’s wise to check back as often as you wish (but especially right before leaving for the cruise). The schedule will be updated as needed once onboard as well. However, if you wish to continue to monitor the schedule through this method, please note that the only way to access the web version on the ship is by purchasing an internet package.

The DFC ‘26 App makes it easy to stay up to date with the latest schedule. Simply open your camera app on your phone and scan the QR below. Or, the app is available on Apple’s App Store and on the Google Play Store. You may search for “SCE Cruises” to find and download it or scan the appropriate QR code below. Once you’ve downloaded the App, simply select DFTHC. The SCE Cruises App will allow you to check daily schedules, follow your favorite artists and receive notifications of any last-minute program changes.


As you may be aware, cell signals can be out of reach while at sea. We are confident the app will work with the ship’s internet package, but we are also taking steps to “whitelist” the app so it can be accessed without having to purchase the internet package on the ship.
If you do not select one of these options for learning about the performance schedule, please know that the printed copy of the Daily Program delivered to your stateroom will be current. Last-minute changes will be announced on the Public Announcement System.

Thursday, January 15 – Welcome to David Foster: The Hitman Cruise
Your first night onboard is all about the big “hello.” We’ll kick off our inaugural sailing with a special show by your host, David Foster, joined by an array of special guests—an exciting start to an incredible five days of music, special events, and shared moments at sea.
Friday, January 16 – Ebony & Ivory Night
A playful nod to the piano, David Foster's musical signature. Dress in black, white, or both and join your fellow guests in a crisp, classic look that’s simple, stylish, and always fun.
Saturday, January 17 – On the Town (Formal Night)
Every great cruise deserves one night to turn up the glamour. Think evening out / cocktail attire—your chance to dress up a notch, enjoy an elevated meal, raise a glass, and celebrate late into the night. Pour the champagne. Order the lobster. This is your night to shine.
Sunday, January 18 – The Cool in You - Wear Your Coolest Caribbean Clothes

Autographs/Recording Signings
Many performers bring recordings and select merchandise onboard for sale through the ship’s store, and when they do, they are often happy to sign items—either informally or during scheduled signing opportunities. To keep performance venues running smoothly, we kindly ask that guests do not request autographs immediately before or after shows in the theater or other concert spaces. Be sure to review the Daily Performance Schedule (which will be released 10 days before Embarkation Day) for more information about any scheduled signings, including times, locations, and participating artists.
Talent-Hosted Events Onboard
Many of the performers will be participating in scheduled Talent Hosted Events (THEs) during the cruise, such as Wine Tastings, Martini Making and Mixology Classes. These events typically require paid admission, but they are a wonderful way to have a more intimate exchange with the performers. Specific information about THEs, including times, costs, registering procedures and participating musicians will be provided shortly.
Interviews & Artist Spotlights
For many guests, these sessions are a true highlight: a chance to hear artists share the stories behind the songs, the collaborations, and the career moments that shaped them. On David Foster: The Hitman Cruise, you’ll see this come to life through scheduled Spotlight events including featured conversations with Michael McDonald, Pia Toscano, Peter Cincotti, Shelea and more. These programs are designed to feel personal, relaxed, and revealing—like you’re sitting in on a conversation you’ll be quoting for years.
Game Shows
We can’t promise you’ll win a cruise ship car or walk away with $10,000… but we can promise laughs, friendly competition, and performers stepping into roles you don’t usually see onstage. David Foster: The Hitman Cruise game shows put a music-centric spin on classic fun with events like Finish the Lyrics, Who Wants to be a Jazzillionaire?, Name That Hit, and “Do You Know Music?” (Foster Edition). Come ready to cheer, shout answers from your seat, and maybe even volunteer if you’re feeling brave.

We frequently get asked the same set of questions about the cruise, so we thought it best to highlight a few of them in this Get Ready letter. For a more extensive list of questions and answers, check out FAQs on the cruise website.
Cruise Attire
To help streamline your packing, please plan on Casual Evening Attire for most nights onboard (slacks, collared shirts, khakis, skirts, dresses, etc.). We do have one special evening—Saturday, January 17: On the Town”(Formal Night)—when Upscale Evening Attire is suggested. For men, that may include a suit or sport coat; for women, “evening out” attire is perfectly fitting.
Tipping
Other than drink service charges and Specialty Dining, all tips for servers, cabin stewards, etc. have been pre-paid. However, feel free to reward exemplary service with the internationally recognized sign of gratitude: "tipping." Celebrity's standard tipping policy does not apply to this charter.
Smoking
Cigarette, cigar, vape and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom, nor on any stateroom veranda. If you are in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250 USD will be applied to your onboard account and you may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard.
Coming Soon - David Foster: The Hitman Cruise Daily Performance Schedule
Planning one’s week for David Foster: The Hitman Cruise is challenging. So much music. Overlapping events. Multiple performances by each musician. To assist in your scheduling, Signature Cruise Experiences has always presented its schedule in advance of the cruise. David Foster: The Hitman Cruise is no exception.
On or about January 5, 2026, the David Foster: The Hitman Cruise App will launch, giving you easy access to the Daily Performance Schedule and real-time updates throughout the cruise. At launch, we’ll email you step-by-step instructions on how to download and access the app.
In addition to the app, you will also receive the Performance Schedule as a printable PDF via email. The schedule will be accessible on the website, and it will be updated as needed. Once onboard, you’ll also receive a Daily Program delivered to your stateroom each evening, highlighting the following day’s events.
Celebrity Cruises' Personalized Luggage Tags
Once you've completed your Online Check-In, be sure to download and print your personalized luggage tags. These tags help with proper luggage identification and play an important role in ensuring your bags are delivered promptly to your stateroom on Embarkation Day.
Friendly reminder: Luggage tags will be available to print through January 12, 2026 and must be printed from a desktop or laptop computer, as they are not accessible through the Celebrity Cruises mobile app. We also recommend using reusable clear luggage tag holders—readily available on Amazon or other retailers—to keep your tags protected during travel.

As a guest of the inaugural sailing of David Foster: The Hitman Cruise, you’re among the very first to hear the news: David will be returning for another sailing in 2027!
Sailing January 12–17, 2027, we’ll embark from Tampa on the Celebrity Summit, enjoy stops in Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico, and return to Tampa. David will announce the full lineup soon after the ’26 Sailing. He believes that completing a full sailing will give him important insights as to his next journey. When it comes to selecting a lineup for a music cruise, relying upon David Foster’s good judgment is a pretty good bet.
As a guest on the ’26 Cruise, you have earned Founder’s Privileges for the ’27 Cruise:

Pier Assistance
The Pier Assistance program offers boarding and departure assistance with wheelchairs to guests with mobility issues for you and your traveling companions. Please email Signature Cruise Experiences at pierassistance@scecruises.com or call us at 888.852.9987 and a member of our guest services team will add this accommodation to your reservation. Please submit your requests no later than Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
Scooter and Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs and scooters are available to rent from several sources and will be delivered to your stateroom before you board. Celebrity Cruises Access Department can assist by providing information for wheelchair and scooter rental companies. You can contact the Celebrity Cruises Access Department at 1.866.592.7225 or special_needs@rccl.com. The following scooter and wheelchair rental services* may also assist with rental needs:

Main Show Seating Assistance for Entry (SAFE)
David Foster: The Hitman Cruise's onboard accessibility program is designed to allow safe and convenient access (for a guest and one companion) to The Theatre for each evening's main show. Designated SAFE areas will be clearly marked and are reserved for those who require assistance and submit the requested information. By utilizing the SAFE program, you are given an easily accessible seat, typically located near the rear of The Theatre.
The SAFE program is only for nightly Main Stage shows in The Theatre and does not guarantee a seat in all other shows. Click here to complete the SAFE Form no later than December 31, 2025.
Please note: Utilizing SAFE in order to avoid wait time is strictly prohibited. Guests who attempt to misuse this service will be revoked from the program for the duration of the cruise and possible future sailings.
Dietary Considerations & Medical Needs
If you have special dietary considerations or medical needs (such as storing medicine or needing distilled water) you will need to discuss these needs with the Celebrity Cruises Access Department at 1.866.592.7225 or special_needs@rccl.com. Please submit your requests no later than Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

Once you've completed your Online Check-In, your personalized luggage tags will be available to download and print. These tags assist with luggage identification and help expedite delivery of your bags directly to your stateroom on Embarkation Day.
Luggage tags will be available to print until January 12, 2026 and must be printed from a desktop or laptop computer as they are not available through the Celebrity Cruises mobile app. We also recommend using reusable clear luggage tag holders—available through Amazon or other retailers—to protect your tags during transit.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, not only to protect the investment of your Cruise payments, but to cover costs and expenses that may be incurred during the cruise, such as medical or travel emergencies. It is not too late to purchase travel insurance, though guests with pre-existing conditions must do so within 14 days after their deposit is paid.

Celebrity Cruises is renowned for its dining, and David Foster: The Hitman Cruise offers a wide range of dining experiences, divided into Included Dining and Specialty Dining options. The diversity of choices encourages you to explore new flavors and try a variety of dishes. And if you’re not happy with your meal, simply make a different selection! After all, the cruise experience is about enjoyment.
For evening dining, we’ve scheduled meals around the Nightly Main Shows so you can dine leisurely before or after heading to the entertainment. See below for more details.

Included Dining
These are the dining experiences included in your reservation. Celebrity Cruises offers a variety of restaurants as part of the 'Included Dining' program:
- The Cosmopolitan Restaurant (Main Dining Room). A grand two-deck space with a glass wall offering stunning sea views, The Cosmopolitan serves a full Breakfast, Lunch on sea days and a beautiful Dinner every night. Breakfast choices range from omelets and Eggs Benedict to pancakes, waffles and more. Lunch features healthy options, pasta, hamburgers and soups. Dinner offers a rotating menu with fish, meat, chicken and vegetarian options, along with appetizers, salads, soups and decadent desserts.
- Ocean View Café. This casual, self-serve dining spot on the pool deck serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner and late-night bites. You’ll find pizza, pasta, sandwiches and sweets here, with seating both inside and outside at the Sunset Bar—perfect for sipping a drink at sunset. Don’t tell anyone, but having a drink during sunset at The Sunset Bar is one of the most memorable aspects of any cruise!
- Pool Grill. For a laid-back vibe, enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, fries and other casual bites at the Pool Grill. Open later some evenings for special events, the Pool Grill is a great spot for grabbing a bite after an evening of jazz.
- Spa Café and Juice Bar. Located in the Solarium, this health-focused café offers organic foods for breakfast and lunch. Beautifully presented dishes with clear nutritional information make it the perfect choice for health-conscious cruisers.
Specialty Restaurants
For those seeking a special dining experience, a place to celebrate or just something new, Celebrity Cruises offers several themed 'Specialty Restaurants' (available for an upcharge) that provide unique culinary experiences:
- Tuscan Grille. Famous for its Italian fare with a modern twist, Tuscan Grille is perfect for hearty appetites and refined tastes. Book early in Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner to secure a special discount for the first night’s reservation (January 15, 2026). This offer is limited and reservations are filling up fast!
- Sushi on Five. Satisfy your craving for authentically prepared sushi, sashimi and other Japanese specialties at Sushi on Five (a la carte pricing). Carryout meals are offered and make a great takeaway for dining on a veranda or outside deck.
- B.Qsine– B.B.Qsine puts a bold, modern spin on classic barbecue. Think slow-smoked favorites, creative sides, and playful presentations—all designed for sharing. It’s casual, flavorful, and full of surprises, making it a great spot to gather with friends and sample a little bit of everything. Please note that this is listed as 'Qsine' when booking in Celebrity's Pre-Cruise Planner.
- For an intimate and elegant experience, Luminae offers a gourmet menu with changing daily selections. We at SCE Cruises highly recommend that you enjoy at least one dinner in Luminae.
- SCE Chops House. Located in Blu Restaurant, SCE Chops House brings classic steakhouse dishes to life, including steak, lobster and more. It’s available each evening with a special discount for first-night reservations when booked early through Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner. Please note that this is listed as 'Blu' when booking in Celebrity's Pre-Cruise Planner.

Evening Dining at The Cosmopolitan Restaurant
The Cosmopolitan Restaurant (Decks 4 & 5) is the Main Dining Room for Included Dining. The Cosmopolitan Restaurant is open each evening from 5:00 PM–8:30 PM and operates as both an Open Seating venue and by reservation. Most guests will enjoy dinner in The Cosmopolitan Restaurant several times during the week. With this level of attendance, we have special dining procedures just for The Cosmopolitan Restaurant.
Open Seating
Guests in Open Seating of The Cosmopolitan Restaurant (Deck 4) will proceed to the dining room in accordance with their “BLUE” or “RED” show designation. This selection was made at the time of your reservation and will be reflected in the background color of your Cruise Identification Card which will be at the door of your stateroom upon boarding the ship.
Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards will attend the 1st Main Show which usually runs from 5:15 PM-7:15 PM. Following the conclusion of their show, Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards may either proceed to The Cosmopolitan Restaurant for a 7:30 PM entry or pause to have a drink or enjoy one of the shows around the ship, thus avoiding peak traffic time entering the restaurant. Entry to The Cosmopolitan Restaurant is open until 8:30 PM.
Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards will attend the 2nd Main Show each night. Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards may enter the dining room between 5:00 PM–6:00 PM. To prepare the restaurant for guests attending the 1st Main Show, we ask that guests adjourn from the restaurant no later than 7:15 PM. The 2nd Main Show will start at 8:45 PM.
Reservations at the Cosmopolitan Restaurant
Dinner reservations are NOT required for dining at The Cosmopolitan Restaurant but it is the best way to avoid waiting to be assigned a table each night. We also recognize that some of our guests prefer to dine at the same time and table, and with the same passengers and waiter each evening. Reserving a table in advance allows you to do this.
To secure a reservation and to register the names of your dining group, if applicable, email us at reservations@scecruises.com and provide the guest names and desired time (5:00 PM for RED Cruise Identification Card Holders or 7:30 PM for BLUE Cruise Identification Card Holders) for your dining group.
There is no charge for reserving a table and dining time, we just ask that you make your request prior to December 20, 2025.
ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available 24/7. Breakfast order cards are provided in your stateroom—simply complete and hang them outside your door by 11:00 PM for morning delivery. A full Room Service menu is available, including most main dining room entrées. The cost is $9.95 per order (excluding guests in Suites).
While many guests enjoy breakfast via Room Service, we believe meals are best experienced in the onboard dining venues. Due to the distance from the kitchen and volume of deliveries, food may arrive less hot or fresh than intended.
DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS
Celebrity Cruises is committed to accommodating dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, gluten-free and more. For additional dietary needs, contact the Celebrity Cruises Access Department at 1.866.592.7225 or special_needs@celebrity.com. Please submit your requests no later than December 20, 2025.

Showtime Information
We’re excited to share how music and entertainment will be presented aboard David Foster: The Hitman Cruise '26. You’ll enjoy performances in two different formats: Main Shows and Festival-Style Shows.
Main Shows in The Theatre
- Two Main Shows Each Night. Each night there will be two Main Shows presented in The Theatre. That venue comfortably holds 50% of our guests, so Guests are divided into two groups for attending the Main Shows. Guests with BLUE Cruise Identification Cards (BLUE Guests) will attend the 1st Main Show, which usually starts around 5:30/6:00 PM each night. Guests with RED Cruise Identification Cards (RED Guests) will attend the 2nd Main Show, which usually starts around 8:45/9:00 PM each night.
- BLUE or RED. The election of being a RED Guest or a BLUE Guest was made by the Guest upon completing their reservation and is reflected in either a BLUE or RED background on their Cruise Identification Card.
- Dinner. The Main Show Schedule is meant to be coordinated with the evening dining schedule. BLUE Guests usually dine after their Main Show and RED Guests typically dine before their Main Show.
- Main Show. Every Main Show is performed twice, once for BLUE Guests and once for RED Each Guest will be able to see all five Main Shows.
- Seating Procedure for Main Shows. The general rule for seating is first-come, first-served. To provide fair, safe, and equal access to the events, we do have rules and procedures that all Guests must follow regarding entering The Theatre, saving seats, remaining in your seat for subsequent shows and other similar issues. As we approach the sailing date for David Foster: The Hitman Cruise, we will share with you those rules and procedures.

Festival-Style Shows & Events
- Multiple Venues. David Foster: The Hitman Cruise features music, interviews, parties, and other events in several locations across the ship, including the Sky Lounge, Rendezvous Lounge, Pool Area, and Foyer. Each evening—and on afternoons during Days at Sea—the Cosmopolitan Restaurant is transformed into a cabaret-style club and event center.
- Festival Style. Except for Main Shows, all concerts, interviews and other events—including those in The Theatre—are presented “festival style,” meaning multiple programs may occur at the same time. Guests may attend as many or as few as they wish.
- Seating Procedure for all Non-Main Shows. The BLUE Guest and RED Guest Show Seating designations apply only to Main Shows. All other events are open to everyone, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific seating guidelines will be shared closer to sailing.
First-Class Sound & Production
Since our first sailing in 2001, Signature Cruise Experiences has invested in top-tier equipment and an expert technical team, led by Production Manager, Brian Rachko, to ensure every performance sounds its very best.
Recording of Shows
Flash photography and audio/video recording are strictly prohibited. Non-flash photos are permitted only if they do not obstruct views for other guests or disrupt the performance.

A highlight of David Foster: The Hitman Cruise is the chance to meet and interact with our performers. They welcome conversation—just not immediately before or after a show, when they and our team need full access to the bandstand and venue to prepare for the next performance.

Passports or Government-Issued IDs
Please confirm that the first and last names on your passport or government-issued ID match the first and last names on your cruise reservation to ensure that you will be permitted to board the ship. It is your responsibility to identify and obtain all required travel documents and have them available when necessary.

Review Your Shirt Size
Your complimentary cruise T-shirt will be available on the ship. Please verify the size(s) we have included in your reservation (listed above). If you desire to modify any of the sizes listed, please email us at info@scecruises.com. Any changes or modifications must be submitted to us no later than Friday, August 15, 2025.
Planning Your Trip
If you have not already planned your arrival into the Ft. Lauderdale area, now is the time to start preparing. We highly recommend that guests arrive the day prior to embarkation in order to alleviate stress from any potential travel delays or issues.
Embarkation Day – Thursday, January 15, 2026
Embarkation typically begins at 11:30 AM, with all guests required to be on board by 3:00 PM. During the Online Check-In process (available starting 45 days before sailing), Celebrity Cruises will prompt you to select a Terminal Arrival Time in 30-minute windows. To help ensure a smooth and efficient boarding experience, guests must arrive at the terminal within their selected time slot.
Disembarkation – Tuesday, January 20, 2026
The ship is scheduled to return to port by 7:00 AM. Please note that clearing Customs and Immigration can vary in timing, making it difficult to predict your exact departure time from the terminal.
If you're comfortable carrying your own luggage off the ship, you may be able to disembark as early as 7:30 AM, assuming operations proceed smoothly. However, to allow ample time, we recommend scheduling return flights no earlier than 12:00PM from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) or 1:00PM from Miami International Airport (MIA).

If you're considering an overnight stay before or after the cruise, Signature Cruise Experiences has curated a list of hotels at various price points and locations for your convenience. Please contact hotels directly to inquire about shuttle service to and from the airport or cruise port.

While these items can be purchased on board, there is no central location to do so, which often means standing in multiple lines across the ship.
To save time—and often money—most guests use Celebrity Cruises’ Pre-Cruise Planner, an online platform that allows you to make these purchases from home, typically at lower prices than those offered on board.
You’ll receive your Celebrity Cruises’ Reservation Number from us in the coming months, which is all you’ll need to access the Pre-Cruise Planner and begin customizing your experience in advance.
